Meet Us
Here at Team Ping Pong, we have focused on designing an autonomous robot capable of navigating mazes to complete specific challenges.
Our team consists of Me, Logan Greenwood, and my partner Dashiell Klingsporn
These challenges began with just learning how to have our robot travel a specified distance but quickly ramped up to where our robot had to navigate an unknown maze using a distance sensor. But before using distance sensors we had to learn how to code our robot through mazes using Arduino, and laser cuts to improve the design of our robot.
These projects were completed as a part of our first-ever Engineering Cornerstone class at Northeastern. Our purpose was to develop a robot that met the challenge requirements we were given in the time limit we had which was usually around one week. These challenges included creating a functional robot, designing our maze, and documenting the design process throughout.
